With the new logistics installed in our new warehouse in France, everything is automatic. Items will now be scanned before being added to your order, no mistakes possible. In addition, stocks will be updated in real time, so no unpleasant surprises upon receipt of your order!
How soon will I be delivered?
Thanks to our new depot located in France and the new logistics, your orders will be prepared within 24 hours excluding weekends and then delivered within 24 to 48 hours after preparation.
How do decreasing prices work?
This is the great novelty of Grossiste-de-France, the more you buy, the less you pay!
Depending on the quantities purchased, the prices drop, on each item you have a decreasing price table, the price of your item depends on the quantity added to the basket.
Example;
For items sold individually:
I order 4 Vanilla Mikados from the Vintage brand, according to the price table I will pay €1,77 per unit, so €7,08 for my 4 Mikados.
I order 20 Vanilla Mikados from the Vintage brand, according to the price table, I will pay €1,48 per unit, so €29,60 for my 20 Mikados.
For items sold by lot/pack/box:
I order 1 set of 4 Mermaid lip glosses, according to the price table I will pay €10,72 for my set of 4 glosses.
I order 10 sets of 4 Mermaid lip glosses, according to the price table I will pay €10,08 for the set of 4 glosses, therefore €100,80 for the 10 sets of 4 glosses.
Will I keep my account?
Yes, if you are registered you will keep your account with your current credentials.
However, orders placed before November 08, 2022 will no longer be visible.
I am a new customer, how do I order?
You can place an order directly, without creating an account. However, for greater convenience, we advise you to create an account in order to find the history of your orders or to facilitate the processing of a possible complaint.
To create an account, simply go to the “IDENTIFY/REGISTER” tab at the top left of the home page and follow the instructions.
I have a claim / credit note in progress, what will happen?
If your complaint concerns an order placed before November 08, 2022, we will not be able to follow up on it.
Credit notes for orders placed before November 08, 2022 will not be retained.
Indeed, the new management implies a new direction therefore a new company which manages Grossiste-de-France, also the complaints in progress before the new management will not be treated and the assets will unfortunately not be preserved.
I have a problem with my order, who do I contact?
For any order placed from November 08, you can send your complaint via support by opening a ticket.
Can I continue to place my orders on the site?
Yes, grossiste-de-france.fr remains open 24/24 and operates normally for deliveries.
How do I select my delivery method?
Once your basket has been validated, several delivery methods are available to you.
